Les aptam\u00e8res peuvent d\u00e9tecter sp\u00e9cifiquement des biomarqueurs (petites mol\u00e9cules, prot\u00e9ines, cellules) dans une perspective diagnostique. L'association biomarqueur-aptam\u00e8re peut constituer des outils de diagnostic au point de soins et ainsi am\u00e9liorer les th\u00e9rapies. Les sondes \u00e0 base d\u2019aptam\u00e8res (fluorescentes, radio-marqu\u00e9es) peuvent \u00eatre utilis\u00e9es pour l'imagerie des tissus (tumeurs).
