Cet \u00e9quipement de pointe est con\u00e7u pour am\u00e9liorer la surveillance et la gestion des maladies virales, contribuant ainsi de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 animale et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Destin\u00e9 aux agriculteurs, v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires, organisations de surveillance sanitaire et chercheurs en sant\u00e9 animale, He-Farm propose une solution l\u00e9g\u00e8re et facile \u00e0 transporter permettant des tests rapides sur site. Ce dispositif utilise une technologie avanc\u00e9e, notamment des aptam\u00e8res ADN, pour une d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9cise et fiable des virus pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019air.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">L\u2019un des principaux atouts de He-Farm est sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter rapidement la pr\u00e9sence de virus, permettant ainsi une intervention rapide pour pr\u00e9venir la propagation des maladies. Cette initiative r\u00e9volutionnaire va transformer la gestion de la sant\u00e9 des poissons, garantissant de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats pour le bien-\u00eatre des poissons et la productivit\u00e9 de l'aquaculture.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">Ciblant les aquaculteurs, les v\u00e9t\u00e9rinaires et les chercheurs en sant\u00e9 des poissons, le projet Cure4Aqua propose une approche novatrice pour la surveillance et la d\u00e9tection. Il exploite la puissance des aptam\u00e8res et sera int\u00e9gr\u00e9 dans des dispositifs de biocapteurs faciles \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e9conomiques, les rendant id\u00e9aux pour une utilisation sur le terrain.<\/span><\/p><p><b><span lang=\"EN-US\">L'un des principaux accomplissements du projet jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent est le d\u00e9veloppement d'aptam\u00e8res contre les cath\u00e9licidines de truites par Novaptech.<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"EN-US\"> Les cath\u00e9licidines sont des peptides antimicrobiens essentiels dans la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire inn\u00e9e des poissons. En ciblant ces mol\u00e9cules, Cure4Aqua peut fournir des informations pr\u00e9cieuses sur l'\u00e9tat immunitaire des poissons, permettant ainsi la d\u00e9tection pr\u00e9coce de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 potentiels.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">En plus de la surveillance de l'\u00e9tat immunitaire, le projet se concentre \u00e9galement sur la d\u00e9tection de pathog\u00e8nes. La s\u00e9lection d'aptam\u00e8res sp\u00e9cifiques aux bact\u00e9ries d'int\u00e9r\u00eat en aquaculture est en cours. Ces aptam\u00e8res seront con\u00e7us pour reconna\u00eetre les agents pathog\u00e8nes chez les poissons, permettant une d\u00e9tection rapide et pr\u00e9cise des infections.<\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"EN-US\">La prochaine phase du projet consiste \u00e0 int\u00e9grer ces aptam\u00e8res dans des dispositifs de biocapteur. Ces dispositifs seront simples \u00e0 utiliser et \u00e9conomiques, les rendant accessibles \u00e0 un large \u00e9ventail d'utilisateurs dans l'industrie de l'aquaculture. Targeting aquaculture farmers, veterinarians, and researchers in fish health, Cure4Aqua offers a novel approach to monitoring and detection. The project leverages the power of aptamers and will be integrated into user-friendly and cost-effective biosensor devices, making them ideal for field use. One of the key achievements of the project so far is the development of aptamers against trout cathelicidins by Novaptech. Cathelicidins are crucial antimicrobial peptides involved in the innate immune response of fish. By generating aptamers against specific biomarkers of Alzheimer&#8217;s disease and integrating them into cutting-edge biosensors, this project aims to provide clinicians with a simple, rapid, and cost-effective diagnostic tool. Targeting clinicians, researchers, and healthcare providers, 2D-BioPad offers a novel approach to Alzheimer&#8217;s disease diagnosis. The project focuses on generating aptamers that will be grafted onto nanoparticles and included in biosensor involving for example a graphene film, ensuring high sensitivity and accuracy. One of the key achievements of the project so far is the identification of five biomarkers associated with Alzheimer&#8217;s disease. Novaptech has successfully selected aptamers against two of these biomarkers: GFAP (Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein) and NFL (Neurofilament Light Chain) (see page \u201cProducts\u201d).
