La proximit\u00e9 entre le fluorophore et le \"quencher\" inhibe l'\u00e9mission de lumi\u00e8re. Novaptech a exploit\u00e9 cette propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pour concevoir des aptacapteurs NOVAswitch. Deux lots de AuNP sont fonctionnalis\u00e9s : l'un avec l'aptam\u00e8re et l'autre avec un court oligonucl\u00e9otide compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 une partie de l'aptam\u00e8re. La formation du duplex entra\u00eene l\u2019agr\u00e9gation des AuNP, r\u00e9sultant en une solution de couleur bleue.
