Novaptech lauréat régional du concours iLab

Doser des biomarqueurs en temps réel, au chevet du patient ? Novaptech vous apporte une solution : les aptamères ! La médecine personnalisée est l’un des grands enjeux de santé publique. Elle s’accompagne entre autre de la nécessité de développer des dispositifs « point-of-care » pour un diagnostic au chevet du malade, des tests pour du diagnostic compagnon et des outils permettant un adressage ciblé des thérapeutiques. Les aptamères, molécules synthétiques de propriétés équivalentes à celles des anticorps, apportent des réponses innovantes à ces besoins. Novaptech est une jeune start-up bordelaise experte dans le domaine des aptamères. Novaptech développe des biocapteurs, c’est-à-dire des dispositifs signalant la présence de molécules recherchées, qui combinent des caractéristiques non adressées avec les méthodes actuelles : portabilité (pour des analyses au chevet du patient), rapidité (tests en temps réel), simplicité d’utilisation (pas de nécessité de personnel qualifié) et détections multiples simultanées. Grâce à son programme de R&D et sa technologie brevetée, Novaptech proposera prochainement des biocapteurs innovants – ou aptasenseurs – pour du diagnostic rapide et des tests compagnons permettant de détecter et de quantifier des biomarqueurs, des métabolites et des médicaments. >> Download the full article in french here
