Aptamer-based ELISA like assay

Aptamers constitute a good alternative to antibodies in ELISA-like tests (sometime termed ELONA). The test can be performed with two aptamers raised against two different sites of the target molecule. They can also be combined with an antibody.  Direct, indirect and sandwich configurations can be considered. Novaptech aptaswitch-aptakiss combination is of particular interest for the detection and quantification of small molecules.
